This policy explains how Friday by Revinetic handles information when you visit this developer page or use the downloadable Job Application Machine plugin.

What Friday Is

Friday is a skills-only instruction package for compatible ChatGPT and Codex environments. The public package does not contain an applicant profile, credentials, application history, tracking codes, an MCP server, or a Revinetic-operated job-application backend. Its actions depend on the tools, accounts, permissions, and storage available in the environment where you install it.

Information Used For A Job Campaign

To perform the workflow, your chosen ChatGPT or Codex environment may process information you provide, such as:

  • Your name and contact information.
  • Resume, employment, education, skills, credentials, portfolio links, and work samples.
  • Target roles, locations, compensation preferences, work authorization, availability, and application answers.
  • Optional demographic or accommodation responses when you choose to provide them.
  • Application records, tailored documents, confirmation details, and employer correspondence.

Revinetic does not receive this campaign information merely because you download or use the skills-only package. Information is processed in your selected host, local workspace, connected services, and employer systems according to the actions you authorize.

How Information Is Used

The workflow uses information only to understand your job-search criteria, research suitable openings, tailor documents truthfully, complete actions you authorize, prevent duplicate applications, and preserve an auditable application record.

Sharing And Recipients

When you authorize an application or message, relevant information may be shared with the employer, recruiting platform, job board, email provider, document service, or other service you selected. Those services process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Revinetic does not sell applicant information or use the Friday developer page for advertising.

Storage And Retention

This Cloudflare-hosted developer page has no account system, application form, analytics script, or applicant database. Standard infrastructure logs may be processed by Cloudflare for security and delivery. Conversations and files may be retained by your ChatGPT or Codex host, your local workspace, and third-party application platforms according to their settings and policies.

If you contact support, Revinetic may retain your message and contact information for as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain service records, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of support correspondence unless retention is required by law.

Your Choices And Controls

  • Share only information necessary for the job-search task.
  • Do not provide passwords, MFA codes, session cookies, government identification numbers, banking details, or payment-card data.
  • Review tailored documents and application answers before submission when your environment provides that opportunity.
  • Delete local campaign files or conversations using the controls provided by your host.
  • Contact an employer or application platform directly to exercise rights over information already submitted to it.

Children

Friday is not designed for children under 13, and Revinetic does not knowingly collect personal information from children through this developer page.

Policy Changes

Revinetic may update this policy when Friday's functionality or data practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
