These terms govern your use of the Friday by Revinetic developer page and downloadable Job Application Machine package. By downloading or using Friday, you agree to these terms.
The Service
Friday is a skills-only instruction package designed to help a compatible ChatGPT or Codex environment organize a job search, research openings, tailor documents truthfully, prepare or complete authorized applications, and track outcomes. The package is not an employment agency, legal service, credential service, employer, or independent application-submission platform.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and review consequential application answers.
- Use Friday only with accounts, tools, information, and submission channels you are authorized to use.
- Comply with employer, job-board, email-provider, and platform terms.
- Do not use Friday to misrepresent qualifications, forge documents, bypass access controls, evade CAPTCHAs, send spam, or apply on behalf of another person without authorization.
- Protect your credentials and sensitive information.
Third-Party Services
Friday may operate with tools and services available in your chosen environment. Revinetic does not control third-party availability, security, policies, job postings, application portals, employer decisions, or the accuracy of third-party content. Your relationship with those services is governed by their terms.
No Employment Guarantee
Friday can improve organization and document relevance, but it does not guarantee that an application will be transmitted, received, reviewed, accepted, or result in an interview or employment offer.
Intellectual Property
Revinetic retains its rights in the Friday package, branding, developer page, and original instructions. You retain your rights in your resume, work history, portfolio, application materials, and other information you provide.
Availability And Changes
Friday is provided on an “as available” basis. Revinetic may update, replace, or discontinue package versions and may change these terms by publishing an updated version with a new effective date.
Disclaimer And Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Revinetic disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for employer decisions, missed opportunities, third-party outages, account restrictions, or losses caused by inaccurate user-provided information or unauthorized use. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
